We all know that we need to learn more about healthy eating tips. We’re well aware that years of eating Big Mac’s and fries all the time are a heart attack waiting to happen.

We don’t need Katie Couric to tell us that Americans are getting fatter and fatter. (Over 30% of us, if you haven’t heard the latest). All we have to do is walk down the street. Or worse – go check out the kids on the playground at your neighborhood school.
Most of us don’t need our doctors to tell us that our diets are lousy. But knowing it and doing something about it are two different things.
If you’re a woman with children, it may be all you can do to hold down a full-time job, keep your house clean, and raise your kids without also having to spend a lot of time
planning and cooking nutritious meals.
Or you may have a high-powered job that scarcely leaves you enough time to grab a bite while you’re on the run between appointments. Who has time to slave over the stove creating one of those tasteless vegetarian concoctions?
When you’re as busy and pressured from all sides as most of us are these days, who wants to add another responsibility to the long list that is already crushing us?
On top of that, it seems like every day we hear on the news that one more thing – in a long list of things – is bad for us, and we should either:a. Stop Doing it! b. Stop Eating it! c. Stop Drinking it!
One day coffee is bad for us. The next day they tell us that it’s filled with antioxidants and we should drink more of it. It seems that even the experts are confused.
Most people think that

family’s health through nutritious eating WITHOUT deprivation and without spending a lot of time at it.
